VLOG CHALLENGE

A friend of ours who coincidentally worked with Michael up in Alaska and is now stationed in Galveston, proposed a challenge to the both of us that was hard to refuse.

Months ago, Michael and I started an online project called The Couch Dwellers, a blog that expresses our interests in pop culture and all that is internet. As a YouTube enthusiast, he pushed that we vlog more and upload our videos. Well, Michael and I tried our hands at vlogging a few times, but with a crap camera and very little editing skills.

Our friend took notice of this.

Our friend's patience with our vlogging incompetence grew thin.

So he offered a challenge. Michael came home from work with a brand new camera and webcam and explained that if we put in a total of 300 vlogging minutes by the end of the year, we can keep the equipment.

You can imagine how easy it was so weigh the options and make a decision. We accepted.
